Analysis of the current situation of the curriculum of the Bachelor's Degree in Administration in the distance education modality at the Instituto Tecnológico de Morelia TECNM.

The present investigation consisted in the determination of the current situation of the curriculum of the Bachelor's degree in Administration, in its Distance Education modality, at the Instituto Tecnológico de Morelia, of the Tecnológico Nacional de México. in Administration, in its Distance Education modality, at the Instituto Tecnológico de Morelia, of the Tecnológico Nacional de México, which was developed as a response from the student and teaching community, after going through the pandemic situation to which the World Health Organization referred us with the declaration of Covid-19 as a new disease in contagion worldwide, thus giving rise to virtual modalities as the new normality in which learning is imparted at the same time as the fear and social inequality that prevails in a generalized manner.
Therefore, it became necessary to observe how to propose the humanization of educational agents, the system and society in general to contribute to this new modality of bringing knowledge closer to students from different social strata, generating empathy to understand that the vast majority does not have access to technological tools, much less to the manipulation of these, so that the involvement of all sectors is required to continue building and training new generations.
