This article proposes a change in the didactics of training entrepreneurs and students of business sciences in quantitative subjects of economics, considering the opportunity to use Operational equations that simplify measurements without sacrificing scientific rigor. The research required a comparison between the evaluations of students who applied the operational equations and those who did not, showing favorable results to the learning of the former in terms of speed of problem solving, calculation accuracy and possibility of interpretation and application to other areas of knowledge, so the conclusions were reached that point towards a value to the user of the operational equations.
